Job Responsibilities:
The Head of Technology at Adapt Studio plays a strategic leadership role guiding product development partner integrations team operations and cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable impactful digital marketing technology solutions. This role bridges product vision with commercial and branding strategies ensuring market relevance and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Strategy
- Guide roadmap evolution aligning partner requirements and internal goals.
- Prioritize development of connectors platforms (Agency Lite Pro) and integrations (CMS AdTech).
- Oversee iterative product development feedback loops and release timelines.
- Lead technical assessments of current integrations proposing optimizations and new opportunities.
- Ensure timely execution of product enhancements and client ticket resolutions.
Partnership Development
- Identify strategic partners across ad/media agencies platforms and data providers.
- Define needs and map major players for partnership engagement.
- Create tailored value propositions and high-level value estimations.
- Explore scalable partnership models (e.g. app stores reseller channels).
Team & Financial Oversight
- Directly manage Cloudwords staff across Customer Success Client Services and support Development teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and oversee contract renewals.
- Manage service line budgets in collaboration with Adapts senior leadership.
Branding & Marketing Support
- Support brand consistency in product messaging visuals and marketing assets.
- Provide content editing and alignment to brand voice.
- Partner with marketing for campaigns website updates email workflows and customer insights.
- Monitor customer reviews and implement improvements to perception and experience.
Leadership & Agency Strategy
- Contribute to senior leadership strategy culture and long-term planning.
- Mentor cross-functional leaders and foster a collaborative agency culture.
- Support change management risk mitigation and innovation initiatives.
- Represent Adapt at industry events and maintain market insight.
Additional Job Details:
Education & Experience
- Proven experience in tech leadership roles preferably in digital marketing or SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex partner ecosystems.
- Strong background in product strategy integration development and stakeholder alignment.
