Contracts Manager - Industrial Manufacturing
Location - Kent (Open to relocation and support provided)
Salary - Up to 80000
Do have a background in Operations Contracts Project Management or Procurement and interested in playing a critical role ensuring operational excellence
I am currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee and manage the successful execution of projects from the Purchase Order stage through to final delivery invoicing and payment. This is a Senior position within a specialist organisation which is crucial in ensuring smooth project delivery while managing a team of professionals fostering business development and ensuring operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will come from a HVAC manufacturing background or from the following industries renewables marine nuclear oil and gas or power generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales and Proposals teams on major projects to understand project costs design specifications and customer requirements
- Support and guide the project team from bid/quote clarification phase through to job handover upon receipt of orders.
- Oversee and manage the workloads of the Project Management team
- Ensure all necessary documentation drawings designs work instructions cost amendments and invoicing are created and delivered for the successful completion of projects
- Act as the formal point of contact for clients addressing queries issues complaints and changes. Resolve potential issues that could delay projects or affect profitability
- Liaise with senior management to provide regular updates on project progress and financial health

- Essential to come from a Industrial Manufacturing
- Ideally come from one of these industries - HVAC Oil & Gas Petrochem Renewables Chemical Energy Nuclear
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
