Role Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-orientedInvoicing Analystto join our Billing Operations team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that client invoices are delivered accurately and on time while also managing the complexities of third-party invoicing portals. Youll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our billing communications and resolving any delivery issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client invoices via email physical mail and third-party platforms.
  • Work with third-party invoicing portals (e.g. VendorCafe Coupa Ariba) to streamline and standardize invoicing processes.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to bounced (undeliverable) emails and returned physical mail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure invoice data accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor invoicing workflows and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure enhanced diligence and implement specialized processes to ensure meticulous compliance with invoicing preferences for large/major accounts.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to show trends and measure impact of work.
  • Identify ways to achieve key target of increasing electronic delivery of invoices while reducing delivery by postal mail.
  • Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a finance operations or billing-related role.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field from an accredited not-for-profit college or university.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with third-party invoicing platforms such as Opstech VendorCafe Coupa Ariba or similar.
  • Familiarity with invoice automation tools and billing systems.
