PathPoint is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to lead our Employment Services team in San Luis Obispo CA. Our Employment Services team provides training and support to adults with developmental disabilities enabling them to find and maintain successful and meaningful employment. As the Program Coordinator you will ensure the quality effectiveness and efficiency of job coaching services.

About PathPoint: PathPoint is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people flourish. We partner with children adults and families to foster hope build life skills access support systems and form meaningful relationships. We serve communities across Kern Los Angeles San Luis Obispo Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
Schedule: 40 hours per week Mon- Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Starting Pay: $24.50 per hour. The pay range for this position is $19.00-29.58 an hour (subject to change based on a variety of factors).

What Youll Do:
- Supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals/Job Coaches including hiring training assigning duties and performance evaluation.
- Meet with staff regularly address any issues and concerns and to develop creative and proactive supports for persons served in the programs.
- Serve as a liaison between employers funding agencies families service providers government agencies and PathPoint.
- Document hours of service provided to each individual and prepare monthly billing for the program.
- Provide direct support/coaching when needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities is required.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus!
- Highly organized with strong communication and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel Outlook and video meeting applications.
- Must have a valid California drivers license with a satisfactory driving record 5 years of driving experience and be eligible for coverage on PathPoints auto insurance policy.
