Job Description:
We are looking for highly skilled Lead Engineers with a strong foundation in Core Java Spring Boot and React to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming collections and multithreading in Java along with hands-on experience in developing scalable backend systems and modern web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using Core Java Spring Boot and React.
- Lead the development team in delivering high-quality code and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA DevOps and Product Management.
- Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
