Job Description
Strategic Portfolio Management:
Lead the development and implementation of portfolio strategies that align with Organizations overall business objectives.
Ensure that the portfolio contains a balanced mix of projects that support long-term growth and sustainability.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on portfolio prioritization and resource allocation.
Drive ETO Growth
Ensure Business value is created as per the respective transformation agenda
Governance and Decision-Making:
Establish and maintain robust portfolio governance processes. Conduct regular portfolio analysis to assess performance identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to provide insights into portfolio trends and opportunities.
Develop and present portfolio performance reports to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D Digital & Tech Commercial Global Supply Chain Finance HR Procurement etc. to ensure alignment and effective communication around portfolio decisions.
Act as the primary point of contact for portfolio-related inquiries and initiatives.
