About the Role
Reporting to the Area Chief Engineer you will be responsible for the installation maintenance and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems throughout the property ensuring high-quality service and compliance with safety standards and other general maintenance and repairs works as required.
- Install maintain and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners furnaces ductwork and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Knowledge and Experience
- Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Valid Refrigerant handling Licence
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Technical knowledge and understanding of Chillers
- Experience with BMS and various control systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals
- OHS&E knowledge
- Good command of written and spoken English
