Warehouse Lead
Full-time Warehouse Location Miami FL Schedule: 10:00am-7:00pm Monday - Friday
Use your warehouse leadership experience to support and guide the team at our Distribution Center. In this role youll help mentor motivate and assist the team while actively contributing to daily operations to ensure efficiency accuracy and safety. Want to be part of a global company Apply today!
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Youll deliver day-to-day leadership and operational support that contributes to branch success. This will involve:
Providing positive reinforcement and leading by example with a can-do attitude
Communicating effectively with employees at all levels
Overseeing daily warehouse functions ensuring order volume is completed accurately and on time
Supporting and guiding team members including training as needed
Performing management tasks in the absence of DC leadership
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
Reporting equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues
Following all safety policies and procedures
Helping maintain cleanliness and organization within the branch
Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement
Performing other duties as needed to support the team and operations
HOW TO SUCCEED
Were looking for someone who leads by example and fosters a positive team-focused environment. To join us youll need:
High school diploma or GED required
Bilingual in English/Spanish required
Comprehensive warehouse operations knowledge (including forklift/material handling experience preferred)
Prior leadership/supervisory experience
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to solve practical problems and handle multiple priorities
Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions (hot/cold around moving machinery)
