Job Description

At Stecker you can. Join our weekend machining crew and work 3 days a week. Youll get 4 days off every week as we dont do mandatory overtime too!

SMC CNC Machine Operators run production machining of cast aluminum and iron parts:

Load and unload production parts.
Audit parts using gauges.
Monitor and change tools.
Deburr wash and pack parts.
Clean and organize your area.
Attend work reliably.
Value safety above goals and metrics.

Shifts pay and benefits

Wages start at $19.44 with a base wage of $18.00 plus 8% shift premium.
Plus on our weekend shift work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.
Weekend day Shift works Friday Saturday and Sunday5am to 5pm
