Job Description
Position Overview:
Were seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in a salaried role. Youll conduct evaluations manage medications and collaborate with our therapy and coaching team to offer comprehensive person-centered care to patients experiencing a wide range of mental health needs.
This position offers a flexible weekly schedule with a combination of remote and on-site work built-in administrative support and opportunities for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments
- Collaborate with therapists prescribing clinicians and coaches on treatment plans that serve the overall well-being of each patient
- Maintain timely accurate documentation in our EHR
- Deliver care that is inclusive ethical and aligned with best practices
- Participate in team meetings and 1:1 case consultations
Qualifications:
- Active NJ license as a PMHNP
- Active DEA and CDS licenses
- 2 years of outpatient psychiatric experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and clinical judgment
- Proficiency in electronic health records
- Experience with mood anxiety ADHD substance use psychotic and personality disorders
- Medicare credentialing is a plus but not required
