Job Summary
The Project Support Specialist provides administrative support to the Director of Northern California and works with the engineering teams to serve as an active participant in project-related work activities. This is a hybrid position based out of our Sacramento CA office with occasional travel to our San Ramon CA office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides support to managers and project team members to identify and resolve concerns.
- Assist Director with managing and coordinating office calendars scheduling meetings and maintaining monthly expense reports.
- Assists with the implementation of engineering only projects.
- Handle travel arrangements and maintain travel profiles for the Transmission departments.
- Update project data adequately deliver information to various departments and perform any other project related task requested. i.e. copying binding and shipping project packages.
- Plan and coordinate department meetings and schedule monthly training lunches.
- Carry out administrative duties by collecting data sorting filing preparing for new hires and any interdepartmental office moves etc.
- Maintain common office areas ordering office supplies/equipment building needs and organizing employee workspaces.
- Support new hire orientation days in the Sacramento office
- Plans events
- Manages office inventory
