What you bring to SBHG:
- High school graduate or equivalent plus two (2) years experience in an office environment required
- Experience with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.) required
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable
How you will make a difference:
- Responsible for gathering and verifying all employment offer contingencies/preboarding documentation and paperwork is complete prior to moving to hire in Workday.
- Prepares reviews and assures the maintenance of employee personnel files and records in accordance with company file layout and procedures. Scans and maintains all terminated personnel files and records in accordance with federal/state laws and SBHG policies/procedures.
- Tracks and prepares reports on HR related data including data.
- Communicates with and assists employees managers and the public with general HR questions.
Division/Program Overview:
- Supports 10 programs throughout Central California
