You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailElement has an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Coordinator who will be primarily responsible for assisting the Quality Manager with policies practices and systems for the Quality Assurance functions within Company operations. This position also serves as the Export compliance and 5S Coordinator.
Salary: $23- $30/hr DOE
Coordinate the internal and external calibration programs
Process purchase orders and schedule outside calibration services to ensure equipment calibrations remain current. Ensure that the facility has calibrated equipment available for use and within expiration.
Assist in coordination of both internal and external quality audits. This may include but is not limited to preparing and/or gathering information prior to or during audits logbook reviews to ensure that the employees are completing correctly Demonstration of Capability (DOC) reviews and raw data reviews
Coordinate the laboratorys training program through the eQMS. This includes onboarding new employees monitoring the status of annual employee training facilitating annual renewals and ensuring training files are updated and maintained current with all training records
Coordinate the Proficiency Testing (PT) programs.
Coordinate corrective actions (CAR) resulting from nonconformances related to position responsibilities using the eQMS to ensure timely accurate and effective corrective actions. Assist in resolution of CARs related to internal/external audit findings
Coordinate and oversee 5S and Export Compliance programs which includes at a minimum monthly reporting and training events.
Communicate with other location QA Coordinators to share/implement like events where possible
Requires a college or higher degree preferably in a technical discipline
2 years of experience in a quality-related role within the TIC industry or a regulated technical environment.
Experience with quality management systems audit processes and regulatory compliance.
Experience supporting accreditation or certification audits (i.e NADCAP A2LA)
Ability to interpret testing procedures and general regulatory requirements
Able to handle multiple functions and prioritize effort
