JOB DESCRIPTION
As HR Intern you will support both Payroll and HR Admin in their daily activities.
The Internship will give you the opportunity to explore both the hard and the soft side of the Human Resources department of Levis giving you the chance to manage topics related to hirings and terminations contractual variations health & safety communication learning & development and recruiting.
PAYROLL:
- Drafting of employee contracts letters statements and managing of leavers process;
- Supporting the management of contracts end dates and extensions in collaboration with Line Managers;
- Supporting the management of monthly employees time & attendance and absences (sick maternity or other leave);
- Preparing the monthly payroll documents and supporting in the Payslips draft controls;
- Supporting the management of Time & Attandance tools in collaboration with external Payroll provider;
- Supporting the monthly calculation and buying of meal vouchers;
- Supporting the management of monthly/annual incentives calculations and letters.
HR:
- Scheduling of employees periodic medical checks and management of the related suitability judgments;
- Supporting the management of Firewarden and First Aid Officers designation and monitoring of the training courses;
- Drafting of communications for the employees related to Events Diversity & Inclusion initiatives or Wellness programs;
- Constant update and support to Managers in the management of Workday;
- Internal and external job posting on internal and externa channels and related management of applications received;
- Scheduling in collaboration with external providers of founded learning & development courses and managing of the relevant documents;
- Supporting the management of online and physical archive.
Additional Job Description
Education: Human Resources Law or Humanistic Degree
Languages:
- Italian: native or fluency spoken and written
- English: high level of English spoken and written

- Good organizations skill;
- Good Office suite knowledge (especially on Excel and Power Point);
