What can you expect in a Facilities Officer role with TaskUs:
Think of yourself as someone who will be responsible for the overall sensory experience of everyone who walks into a TaskUs site ensuring the employees environment feels safe and abundant to aid them in delivering the worlds best customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise employee logistics management.
Ensure and maintain the cleanliness and quality of our equipment and furnishings. Think of it this way--youll play a big part in making our employees happy through a clean and an appealing environment!
Work on inventories. Youll administer TaskUs inventories of office and cleaning supplies.
Create monthly daily and annual reports on pending supplies requisition and costing.
Monitor and maintain office housekeeping.
Practice efficiency especially in handling purchase orders and canvassing procedures.
Performs regular inspection of furniture and fixtures bulbs and lightings electrical outlets and restroom fixtures to ascertain that these are in good working condition.
Be an MVP in the Deliveries department. Youll receive and account for the completeness of all incoming deliveries of office equipment furniture and fixtures and other fixed assets.
Have a knack for electrical and electronics.
Be ridiculously awesome to blend well with the TaskUs culture.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in fields such as but not limited to Hospitality Facility Management Design and Architecture.
Able to motivate and inspire a team of Housekeeping and Security staff plus manage vendors because Facilities Officers deal with them regularly.
Experience as a Safety Officer (which means youve finished a 40-hour of Basic Occupational Safety) and/or Health Training Course (plus another 48 hours of Advanced/Specialized Occupational Safety and Health Training) would be considered as a great advantage.
