About Amberley
Aegis Amberley has been designed to offer a broad range of accommodation and lifestyle options for 111 residents in four comprises of single and double rooms with a large ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. The different areas or wings all have lounge and dining areas and access to our courtyard areas.
As an important part of the team you will be able to:
- Provide Facility cleaning to a high Aged Care standard.
- Use equipment and chemicals in accordance with training methods.
- Provide a clean and homely environment for our residents.
- Lead the cleaning team in a positive and safe manner.
- Mentor and encourage the cleaning team.
- Assist with the On-Boarding of new cleaning personnel.
- Liaise between Facility Manager and the Cleaning Team.

About You
To be successful in this position you will:
Have done supervisor/supervised role in health care setting.
- Have extensive previous cleaning experience in a health care setting.
- Experience supervising cleaning staff in a healthcare aged care or similar environment.
- Be able to work within a team and independently.
- Be proactive solution driven and reliable.
- Have high attention to cleaning detail.
- Knowledge of infection control principles
- Have a high level of English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Have full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance.
About the role
We are currently looking for a reliable and flexible Senior Cleaner to perform a mix of cleaning and laundry shifts. The role involves:
- Cleaning Shifts: Monday to Friday cleaning shifts.
- Laundry Shifts: Two shifts per fortnight scheduled on Mondays.
