Wayfair is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic Supplier Advertising team. In this client-facing role youll develop and execute sales strategies for our most engaged advertising partners. Youll blend data insights with influential tactics to grow business and deliver measurable results. Create and implement sales strategies to meet supplier and internal objectives
Own and grow a portfolio of key advertising clients including breaking into new supplier relationships
Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights to optimise outcomes
Collaborate closely with merchandising category management and other internal teams to align on product solutions
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive communication and strategic account planning
Serve as a trusted advisor by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations
Become a superuser of Wayfairs advertising platform mastering its full capabilities
Document opportunities for customer experience improvements and share innovative ideas
Continuously learn and adapt in the evolving digital advertising landscape
Strong attention to detail and a drive to deliver growth for clients
Excellent organisational skills with a passion for exceeding client expectations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment with a collaborative mindset
Strong analytical skills and ability to visualise data effectively
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attitude comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
Advanced proficiency in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with eCommerce and digital advertising ecosystems is a plus
Media sales or brand advertising experience preferred but not required
