SESAMm

SESAMm () extracts behavioral insights from millions of unstructured text data sources across the public internet in over 100 languages helping clients distill valuable intelligence on businesses and their customers to make investment decisions and manage risk.

We work with many well-known firms around the world in private equity investment banking insurance and asset management to apply Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence algorithms to track e-reputation competitive positioning sentiment analysis risk and ESG factors.

SESAMm is growing quickly with over 90 team members around the globe and offices in Paris New York London Metz Tunis and Tokyo.

Key technologies: Alternative Data Natural Language Processing Machine Learning and Quantitative Analysis.

The Growth & Sales Analyst - ESG Solutions Role

As part of SESAMms International Sales Team you will support Sales Managers in optimizing our lead generation workflows and pipeline efficiency with a strong focus on leveraging AI automation and data analytics to enhance business outcomes. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong business acumen and a keen interest in applying data-driven methods to modern sales strategies.

You will be exposed to cutting-edge analytics and AI-driven products engaging with high-level stakeholders (C-levels Heads of Innovation Data Science leads CIOs etc.) in Private Equity Asset Management Insurance and Corporates. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Activities

  • CRM & AI-Driven Lead Generation: Research and qualify prospects using both manual and automated approaches. Implement and iterate on AI tools (e.g. agent workflows scraping tools enrichment APIs) to identify new leads and improve the sales funnel.
  • Data-Driven Prospecting: Manage and segment cold and warm lead pools. Design and execute multichannel outreach campaigns (email LinkedIn etc.) experimenting with personalization at scale using AI-enhanced tools.
  • Sales Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze sales KPIs propose automation pipelines (e.g. using Python Zapier Make or ChatGPT agents) and recommend actionable insights to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Marketing & Market Intelligence: Contribute to market research and competitor mapping assist in preparing targeted collateral and collaborate with marketing to test growth loops.
  • Support to Sales Team: Participate in key business meetings assist in opportunity qualification and contribute to negotiation and closing phases with tailored data inputs and intelligence.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams (data scientists engineers researchers) to align client needs with product capabilities and enrich prospect conversations.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Experimentation: Share best practices with the broader team experiment with new tools (AI agents analytics dashboards prompt workflows) to drive productivity and scale.


An excellent level of English proficiency very good interpersonal skills and strong motivation are required. The candidate will need to demonstrate autonomy and innovation in the face of a constantly changing environment. Desired Background and Skills

Education

  • Masters degree in Data & Business Analytics Engineering Finance or a related field with a strong analytical component and commercial orientation.

Experience

  • First experience or strong internship background in B2B sales growth business development or analytics within SaaS fintech or data-centric environments.

Skills

  • Demonstrated interest in sales technologies CRM AI tools and marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with data workflows (e.g. CRM enrichment lead scoring).
  • Basic programming or automation experience (e.g. ChatGPT workflows Zapier).
  • Analytical mindset with a practical business orientation.
  • Excellent French and English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly proactive resourceful and excited by experimentation and iterative testing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international and tech-enabled environment.
