You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Manager Employee Benefits and Retirement will oversee the administration and management of Canadian employee benefits wellness and pension plans including union-specific programs. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations optimizing benefit programs and providing support to employees regarding their benefits and retirements inquiries. Reporting to the Senior Manager Total Rewards & Analytics this role will lead a team of professional benefit and pension advisors.
Youre a subject matter expert in the field of benefits wellness programs and retirement (pensions) a proficient communicator and an engaged team player. Also your superb client-focused mindset will come in handy when working with Canfor leadership HR business partners union leaders benefit and pension consultants and vendors.

The salary range for this position is: $108000.00-$145000
