About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the warehouse management system is utilised effectively on all sites to ensure consistency and transparency across the business and records are maintained accurately.
- Governance of warehousing processes to ensure Thiess Operations are aligned
- Regular and adhoc reporting to monitor and improve warehouse performance
- Ongoing warehouse procedure and systems training
- Monitoring of warehouse stocktake requirements ensuring governance and process compliance.
- Coordinate warehouse mobilisation and demobilisation tasks
- Support continuous improvement projects and provide technical knowledge to support warehouse operations.
- Support warehouse operations reviews and audits.
About You
- A qualification in supply chain preferably in inventory or warehousing
- Extensive Inventory and warehouse management experience
- Experience in asset maintenance warehousing and inventory management processes
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory management software
- Listens and communicates clearly to influence stakeholders (verbally and in writing).
- Ability to travel to site as required to lead Warehouse improvements and support requirements
- An unrstricted C class drivers licence
