- Provide organisational support for the planning and execution of ICT-related project activities.
- Independently manage IT projects across all phases of the project lifecycle (initiation planning execution monitoring and closure).
- Conduct business analysis to assess problems and gather requirements to define project deliverables for the clients stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure alignment with budget schedule and scope.
- Evaluate deliverables from external contractors and oversee outsourced IT developments.
- Identify assess and manage project risks and issues proposing mitigation actions when necessary.
- Design plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare presentations reports and performance statistics on project progress and outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between ICT service delivery and application lifecycle management to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of quality control KPIs.
- Temporarily act as technical owner for existing IT applications to assist with evolutionary maintenance.
- Manage project-related activities using Atlassian Suite Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms.
- Execute tasks in accordance with the clients project management and enterprise architecture methodologies.
- Deliver projects involving technologies such as MS SharePoint Drupal MS Dynamics applications.
- Apply BPMN modelling techniques within frameworks such as TOGAF or Gartner Enterprise Architecture practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in English to at least B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
- Proven experience in project coordination and training procedure implementation using a recognized project management methodology.
- Demonstrated background in managing digital and ICT-related projects.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (advanced) MS Project and Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Experience managing outsourced IT developments preferably within an international environment.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and hybrid project management approaches.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience drafting structured documentation and progress reports.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Suite Azure DevOps or similar task management platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies (TOGAF Gartner EA etc.).
- Experience working with MS SharePoint Drupal MS Dynamics and .NET ecosystems.
- Ability to create BPMN diagrams and apply process modelling techniques.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications (preferred):
- Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 PM² or PMP.
- Additional training or certification in Agile Scrum or ITIL is considered an asset.
