What You Will Get To Do:
The role is responsible for managing inquiries from customers advisers and internal stakeholders related to OnePaths eBusiness functionality.
Deliver what matters to customers by identifying and responding to customer demand ensuring their needs are understood and met.
Drive continuous improvement by supporting the integration of the P&I teams into IOOF identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance processes.
Foster strong connections by embracing the ClientFirst culture and aligning P&I practices with IOOF values and behaviours.
Provide comprehensive end-to-end case management ensuring timely and effective resolution of all cases.
Collaborate with internal teams and engage the appropriate resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues with eBusiness systems.
Ensure all information and access provided to internal and external customers is accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
What You Will Bring:
Tertiary qualification in Business Finance Information Systems or related field (preferred)
RG146 accreditation (desirable)
23 years experience in financial services ideally in client services operations or eBusiness support
Understanding of eBusiness principles and experience using online systems
Familiarity with financial planning software (e.g. Xplan Visiplan e-Portfolio) preferred
Strong communication problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of superannuation and insurance products legislation and compliance
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or case management systems (e.g. Salesforce ServiceNow) is an advantage
Able to manage competing priorities and meet SLAs
Customer-focused adaptable and proactive
Strong sense of ownership collaboration and continuous learning
