Position Summary...

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to elevate learning experiences As the Manager Learning & Development Technology Solutions (LMS) you will lead the strategic and day-to-day management of our Learning Management System ensuring it meets the evolving needs of a complex enterprise-wide learning environment. This role is a unique opportunity to own platform governance optimize digital learning operations and lead third-party vendor partnerships that support scalable high-impact solutions.

About the CES Learning & Development Operations Team
The Learning Operations team delivers the infrastructure behind all enterprise learning programs. We manage platforms processes and partnerships that empower teams to deploy track and improve learning across the business. As Manager Learning & Development Technology Solutions (LMS) youll collaborate across L&D IT and compliance teams while leading third-party vendors to ensure LMS administration performance and support align with business goals and compliance standards.

What youll do...

  • Serve as the product owner for the enterprise LMS ensuring optimal configuration maintenance and performance
  • Lead third-party vendors supporting LMS administration including daily operations enhancements and troubleshooting
  • Drive LMS governance user access protocols and data integrity in support of regulatory and business needs
  • Partner with internal teams to enable content deployment reporting and system integrations
  • Leverage system analytics and user feedback to improve the learner experience and drive operational efficiencies

What youll bring:

  • Deep experience managing enterprise LMS platforms and administration
  • Proven ability to lead third-party vendors including oversight of SLAs issue resolution and service delivery
  • Working knowledge of API integrations and system interoperability within a learning tech ecosystem
  • Strong grasp of SCORM/xAPI content standards and LMS data structures
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across technical and business teams

The annual salary range for this position is $80000.00-$155000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Human Resources or related field and 2 years experience in learning and development training customer service center or related field. Option 2: 4 years experience in learning and development training customer service center or related field.
