Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer support and are looking to kickstart their career in customer service. As a Customer Service Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with the assistance they need in a friendly and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers through various communication channels
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist customers with product selection and usage inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer use including MS Office and CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
