KBRs National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position your work will have a profound impact on the countrys most critical role protecting our national security.
The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering Integration and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the Air Forces Space and Missiles System Center. We support the Air Forces acquisition of state of the art Military Satellite Communications systems providing global secure survivable and protected communications for our nations warfighters. We seek technical individuals who will thrive in a highly collaborative work environment of small teams using the most modern tools and methodologies to tackle the challenges of integrating complex space and ground communications systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead SE&I Futures technical baseline and technology development for space systems command MILCOMM Program Executive Office
Maintain the military satcom solutions architecture and capabilities baseline for future systems
Support Analysis of Alternatives trades and acquisition of satellite and ground systems in support of tactical and strategic objectives of the Spaceforce Force Design
Interfacing with satcom users and stakeholders assessing needs interfaces and capabilities and apply to requirements simulation and development activities
Support international coalition architectures and operations development and planning
Develop new processes tools and algorithms in support of the architecture and technology integration processes
Conduct market and satellite and ground technology assessments and develop and launch projects to mature and transition capability onto programs and into operations
Interface with customers users and stakeholders at location conferences and workshops
Work with the nationwide network of the Futures Team SMEs
Face time with Los Angeles and Colorado Spaceforce customers in office exchange meetings tag-ups and reviews
Travel Requirements: moderate to high (may moderate through use of nationwide SME network)

Basic Compensation: $200000-$220000 in California
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
