SUMMARY
As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. Your duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues installing and configuring computer systems and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Duties are performed primarily in an office setting. Operates computer and standard office equipment such as telephone and copier/printer. Must be able to stand walk sit use hands talk hear taste/smell lift or move (up to 80 pounds) and occasionally reach with hands and arms. On rare occasions may be exposed to environmental conditions such as wet/humid areas work near mechanical parts and work in high precarious places outdoor weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.
