Job Description
POSITION: General Liability/CD Adjuster-Midwest
FULLTIME
LOCATION: Fully Remote
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
PAY RANGE: $44-48/hr.
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)
JOB DESCRIPTION: General Liability Adjuster to handle complex litigation claims. Temp to hire opportunity.Must have Midwest jurisdictional experience. Must have experience handling construction defects background in general liability and an understanding of risk transfer and inbound/outbound tenders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle and analyze general liability claims under general supervision and moderate exposure claims involving litigation. The position also ensures ongoing adjudication of claims within the Company standards industry best practices and specific client service requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-3 years General Liability claims handling
-Experience handling complex litigated liability claims
Adjuster licenses a plus!
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of computers and technology
