Job Description
Position: Senior AV Technician
Location: Washington DC
Clearance: Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Desired Experience:
Set up adjust and maintain audio-visual equipment for enterprise-level operations.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems.
Assist in editing and producing audio and video material.
Evaluate technological advancements recommend acquisition and implementation of new equipment/software.
Design install operate and maintain sophisticated audiovisual equipment including state-of-the-art AV systems.
Digitally record and photograph activities as required.
Use multiple software applications to program maintain and monitor AV systems for optimal performance.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Audio/Visual Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in audio-visual technology or related field.
Security Clearance: Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
Certifications:
Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or equivalent.
Advanced certifications in AV system design and integration.
Skills:
Expertise in acoustic and video design for meeting room configurations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
