Job Description
FROZEN/DAIRY LEAD: Hourly Lead Person in the Dairy/Frozen Section working directly with the Packaged Goods Manager. This persons primary duties include ordering stocking pricing rotation cooler organization record keeping inventory Backstock Control scanner maintenance housekeeping and customer relations on the salesfloor while working with one or two regular helpers working in the Section. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned by the Packaged Good Manager. Dairy experience as well as management experience preferred.
- Availability:Must be available to be scheduled 35hrs a week including nights andweekends based ondepartmentneeds
- Previous Work Experience: Must be a senior aisle clerk with demonstrated leadership abilities; Dairy section background preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.
Other Work Considerations: Customer service orientation; leadership skills; organizational ability; reliable dependable.
