Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Tactical SIGINT Communication Technician to join our team in Naval Air Station Oceana Dam Neck VA supporting the Navy Expeditionary Intelligence Command (NEIC).

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the collecting processing analysis and evaluation of information at the strategic operational and tactical levels.
- Support one or more intelligence areas pertaining to but not limited to counterterrorism infrastructure cybersecurity and fluency in/active usage of languages used in the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process and all phases of the intelligence cycle such as production and dissemination.
- Apply cyber patches and ensure all systems meet DODs cybersecurity standards. Ensure that all communications equipment is operational to meet operational deployments.
- Establish metrics to measure and evaluate commercial communication systems performance. Participate in decision making processes to plan and provide IT&C resourcing and efficiency recommendations for command approval and when necessary recommend alternative solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of COTS communications equipment including radios phones computers and other devices used for operations.
- Update and maintain software and firmware on COTS communications equipment to ensure that it is up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Apply cyber patches to COTS communications equipment in a timely manner ensuring that all systems meet the companys cybersecurity standards.
- Work with the IT team to integrate COTS communications equipment and ensuring that all systems are properly configured and integrated.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of COTS communications equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and updates performed on COTS communications equipment.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ten (10) years of hands-on experience in DoD Intelligence systems with preference of USMC Intelligence programs to include at least 3 of the following areas: System Requirements Operational Requirements Data Analysis Test & Evaluation and Training. Experience may be achieved simultaneously. Recognized expert who has demonstrated leadership in the USMC Intelligence programs.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma/GED related Marine experience or trade/industrial school graduate.
- Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II). This requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security CySA GICSP GSEC Security CE CND and SSCP. Must have one of these certifications at time of hire and it must remain active.
