About Outpatient Clinics
Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
Scope of work
Performs basic diagnostic ultrasound examinations as prescribed by the physician and documents findings. Assists physicians with invasive procedures as needed. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.
Qualifications
Required Associates Degree or equivalent experience in related field
2 years of relevant experience in ultrasound Required
CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required Or
CRT-Abdomen (AB) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excluding Vascular Sites Upon Hire required And
CRT-Ob/Gyn (OB) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excluding Vascular Sites Upon Hire required
CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Vascular Sites Upon Hire required Or
CRT-Vascular Sonographer (VS) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Vascular Sites Upon Hire required And
