Job Description

Were a family-owned business that began in Nebraska over 30 years ago. Anderson Auto Group now consists of eight retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri

Job Duties Include:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support
  • Support recruitment and retention efforts

  • Performs a wide array of HR functions including evaluation of job performance

  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation training for new hires

  • Execute corporate and departmental policies procedures and service standards in conjunction with management

  • Administer yearly engagement surveys and yearly employee performance reviews; help department leaders organize/review feedback to create action plans

  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit interview and participate in the selection process

  • Review reports with management team members to ensure objectives are met on a timely basis

  • Lead out on market events

  • Help with consistent communication to ensure employees are well informed

  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 1 or more years of HR experience (or related field)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong ethics and values

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • A team player with a proactive problem-solving mindset
