  • Salary: 29093 - 31585 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Hours: 37 hours per week 52 weeks per year
  • Contract: Permanent required as soon as possible

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Cleaning Coordinator to support the Cleaning Manager in delivering a high-standard cleaning service across all Eastern Education Group (EEG) sites. This essential role ensures the maintenance of a clean safe and welcoming environment for students staff and visitors. You will coordinate weekly cleaning schedules and provide daily support to fill staffing gaps across the cleaning teams. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required to be available to travel between sites as needed.

This role requires flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands and the initiative to introduce new ideas that promote best practices. You will be responsible for training and scheduling cleaning staff to ensure effective coverage and optimal performance while maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all EEG facilities including classrooms offices restrooms and shared spaces.
