We are currently looking for two Interns to join the Investment Team of the Energy Transition Fund in Hamburg from 1 August 2025 till 31 January 2026.
The team
The Energy Transition Fund targets high-yield investments and includes advanced financial debt structuring complex feedstock contracting and offtake structuring. You will work closely together with a highly experienced investment team in a vibrant international environment. CIP will constantly seek to motivate and inspire you while focusing on your learning and personal development. High potential interns may receive an offer to join us as a fulltime Associate upon graduation.
The role
You will contribute to the development structuring and carrying out of CIPs infrastructure investments globally with a focus on investments in Power-to-X facilities which produce carbon-neutral green hydrogen and ammonia.

The internship position is 6 months full-time paid and is based in CIPs office at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Strae 14 are looking for interns starting 1 August 2025 till 31 January 2026 please only apply if you can commit to the full period.
The workload will vary depending on the number of projects you are working on with flexibility expected from both sides.
