About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for delivering timely cost effective high quality technical support to ABC users in Queensland in support of ABC program and network needs to ensure broadcast continuity. You will investigate and log faults implement workarounds and emergency fixes and escalate problems to system experts and service providers.
