Your Role:
As aHousekeeper at RISE Baymeadows you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community. Your efforts will help provide a comfortable safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Cleaning Excellence:Clean and sanitize common areas offices hallways and public spaces to the highest standard.
- Resident Satisfaction:Ensure shared spaces are spotless and well-maintained contributing to a positive living experience.
- Apartment Turnovers:Prepare apartments for new residents by deep cleaning units during move-ins and move-outs.
- Supply Management:Track cleaning supplies and report restocking needs to management.
- Safety and Compliance:Follow proper cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the facilities and maintenance teams to address cleaning needs and special projects.
