Job Description

Autolivs primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. This is why we can never compromise on quality. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as APS Manager France.

If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

  • Definition and execution of country-specific APS roadmap in line with AEU APS roadmap in order to foster performance improvement and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Support of key APS initiatives e.g. responsible to roll out cost deployment perfect line etc. within country scope
  • Execution of Operations improvement initiatives leveraging the APS toolbox delivering validated P&L impact
  • Ensure capabilities of the APS organization as well as the overall organization through dedicated learning and training offerings fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Identification of best practices within and outside of country scope Yokoten and implementation in line with improvement of existing standard

and if you have/are:

Language Skills: Fluency in English and French.

    Education: Technical University Degree

    Experience: 7 years of operations experience with a focus on operational excellence within the manufacturing industry preferably automotive. Deep experience and knowledge of LEAN methodology and principles. Track record of successful execution of cost/performance improvement programs.

    Analytical Skills:

    • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify analyze and resolve performance issues effectively.
    • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex situations and make informed decisions.

    • Team Leadership: Ability to lead motivate and develop a team.
    • Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.

    Project Management Skills:

    • Planning and Organization: Ability to plan prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
    • Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets and resources.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
