Plumbing Foreman Commercial/Industrial
Gainesville FL
Overview:
Were seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations on complex construction projects. If youre a skilled plumber with strong leadership capabilities and a drive for high-quality results this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate crews of plumbers lead men and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with project specs codes and company standards
-
Maintain a safe work environment in line with OSHA and internal safety protocols
-
Review blueprints and plan work accordingly
-
Keep detailed up-to-date records and as-built drawings
-
Collaborate with project managers on labor tracking job costing and progress updates
-
Manage material deliveries and ensure timely project completion
-
Conduct safety checks and 5x5 evaluations for all tasks

Prepare daily reports TWLAs and man-loaded schedules
Requirements:
-
5 years of plumbing or pipefitting experience
-
Prior supervisory experience as a Foreman or similar role
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong understanding of plumbing systems materials and techniques
-
Knowledge of Florida Plumbing Code and OSHA regulations

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents
