Email Marketing & Content Specialist
Location: Remote
Compensation: $1500 $1800/month USD (based on experience)
Industry: Health & Wellness / Consumer Goods
Schedule: 40hrs/week
About the Role
We re looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Content Specialist to help drive engagement and retention through email and organic content. You ll translate high-performing social content particularly tweets and short-form posts into impactful brand-aligned email campaigns using existing templates and flows in Klaviyo. This role is ideal for someone who s quick self-sufficient and interested in supporting a mission-driven health brand.
While email marketing will be the core focus we re also looking for someone who can contribute to organic content efforts such as research caption writing and basic content posting. You don t need to be a creative mastermind we re looking for consistency clarity and strong .
Key Responsibilities
- Convert short-form content (tweets threads posts) into engaging email campaigns using existing Klaviyo templates
- Conduct light research to support content creation and ensure relevance
- Manage email scheduling segmentation and reporting in Klaviyo
- Support other organic marketing activities including content formatting and publishing
- Maintain content quality accuracy and brand consistency
- Offer insights or ideas for improving engagement and performance
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Klaviyo (flows campaigns segmentation analytics)
- Understanding of email marketing fundamentals and best practices
- Familiarity with Twitter/X Instagram and content repurposing strategies
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Interest in health nutrition or wellness topics is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with copywriting or ghostwriting for brands or public figures
- Familiarity with Canva Notion or social media scheduling tools
- Basic visual editing or formatting skills
