Position Summary:
Client is seeking highly motivated results-driven professionals to join our elite team of healthcare real estate advisors. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales or business development a passion for helping others and a desire to learn the healthcare real estate industry. No prior real estate experience is required we provide industry-leading training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent healthcare providers in commercial real estate transactions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients and prospects
- Evaluate and analyze commercial properties and transaction options
- Negotiate lease and purchase agreements in clients best interests
- Educate and advise clients on real estate strategies
- Build relationships with industry partners and vendors
Qualifications:
- 3 years of proven sales business development or relationship management success
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized self-motivated and tech-savvy
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow personally and professionally

Note: This is a 100% Commission base role with possibility making $80k-$150k 1st year then replacing their income within a couple years and exceeding it to $200k $300k $400k long term.
