Salary: $100000 - $140000 per year
Position Summary
- Seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in structural and forensic investigations with a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions. - Perform structural and forensic investigations on commercial and residential structures.
- Conduct site visits including structural and forensic inspections to assess conditions and identify issues.
- Compile write and edit technical reports feasibility studies letters memos and project specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with architects engineers contractors manufacturers insurance professionals and property managers.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for structural design a sound technical background and enjoy working with a highly respected structural engineering group
- A bachelors degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering
- A Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain in 6 months
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the structural design of bridges and other structures
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- A valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving creativity and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial building materials systems and assemblies.
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
