- Execute tactical tasks to meet client deliverables including project components from design to implementation.
- Perform team activities based on IT leadership priorities and availability.
- Migrate on-premises resources to cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Azure and Office 365.
- Participate in project implementation offering technical guidance training and direction.
- Apply creative problem-solving and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide subject matter expertise for technical guidance training and direction.
- Lead review and ensure the quality of work products and daily tasks.
- Provide timely feedback on deliverables to clients.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships between IT and its customers.
- Perform other job duties as requested.
- Experience delivering Azure Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of hybrid Cloud and Cloud-native methodologies (IaaS PaaS & SaaS).
- Experience delivering Office 365 solutions.
- Experience with Windows Serverand 2022.
- Strong analytical evaluative and problem-solving skills.
- Critical listening and thinking skills.
- Strong learning ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
- Preferred: Microsoft Azure/Office 365/Windows Server certification(s).
