General Services:
- Professionally manage all customer requests for IFM services per service delivery expectations and provide the means for service request initiation/routing in one system.
- Day to day operations Mail room Services.
- Incoming and outgoing distribution of packages/material/mail.
- Reporting all the delivery processes.
- Event pre-arrangement. Make sure all the A/V equipments are in a good condition
- Arrange the meeting room sha Arrange for snacks for the attendees if requested Hosting/welcoming the guests
Office Print Program:
- Ordering and managing papers & consumables
- Monitoring the device performance and cartridge level
- Reporting consumable outages or paper issues
- Control the waste/ abuse printing Orientation Program.
- Welcoming/ hosting on-board the new joiners giving an overview of the workplace facility request procedures badging access approval mail pick up and seating arrangements as necessary.
- Managing the Approved Parking Request from Office Stationary
- Regular check for the stationary corner
- Ordering and managing office stationary
Food Services;
- Management to the Landlord
- Beverage program services (coffee tea hot & cold water)
- Interface with all suppliers for ordering and managing the services to ensure that orders and deliveries are made in a timely order to support the free beverage program offered to employees. (Breakfast Package) Space arrangement and cleaning services before and after
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelors in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in Facility management hospitality or related industry.
Should be locally available in Qatar with Valid QID
