Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Tuesday to Saturday 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm Pacific Standard Time (Covina CA)
- Performance-based bonus structure
- Utilization of client-provided calling software and CRM
- Direct reporting to real estate team leadership
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided database
- Follow prescribed cold calling scripts and procedures
- Track and document call outcomes and lead status
- Generate and qualify potential leads for the real estate team
- Meet daily calling targets and performance metrics
- Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation
- Previous cold calling or telesales experience preferred
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Professional phone manner and positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to handle rejection professionally
- Strong time management skills
