You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a poised and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors clients and internal staff. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage front desk responsibilities demonstrate exceptional communication skills and provide administrative support while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the office.
Welcome and assist guests clients and employees in a professional manner.
Operate and manage multi-line telephone systems (EPABX) to route calls efficiently.
Maintain a clean organized and well-functioning front desk area.
Manage appointment scheduling meeting room bookings and visitor coordination.
Maintain and update the visitor logbook; issue ID badges as per company procedure.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications phone mail couriers and deliveries.
Prepare and draft basic office correspondence and manage internal/external emails.
Provide clerical and administrative support: scanning filing data entry document control etc.
Monitor and reorder office and pantry supplies to ensure availability.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to maintain office orderliness.
Ensure confidentiality discretion and professional behavior at all times.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Receptionist preferably in the service industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Well-groomed courteous and presentable with a professional demeanor.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)Experience in handling emails and appointment scheduling tools.
Hands-on experience with EPABX or multi-line phone systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities attention to detail and a client-centric attitude.
