Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) and Veeva Network implementation to lead the business analysis activities for a global transformation program. This role will work closely with business stakeholders data governance teams and technical counterparts to define a scalable CMDM solution and ensure successful implementation.
What you will be doing:
- Lead business requirement gathering and process analysis workshops across global/regional affiliates.
- Define and own end-to-end functional requirements for Veeva Network implementation.
- Collaborate with Veeva and integration teams on data model design hierarchies affiliations and data flow.
- Support governance model design for HCP/HCO data quality ownership and lifecycle management.
- Facilitate alignment between global data strategy and local market needs ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR transparency).
- Drive UAT planning and execution in coordination with business testers and IT teams.
- Provide strategic input on roadmap change impact and operational readiness.
Qualifications :
- 710 years of experience as a Business Analyst in life sciences or regulated environments.
- Proven experience implementing Veeva Network or similar CMDM platforms.
- Strong understanding of HCP/HCO data management reference data integration and data governance.
- Ability to influence stakeholders manage ambiguity and bridge business-technical gaps.
- Familiarity with GxP consent management transparency reporting and local market data sources.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile environments and distributed/global teams.
