Job Description
Every role at Trove Brands is crucial to our overall success. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
- Process Improvement: Observe existing processes within our transportation and logistics operations suggest enhancements design and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Modeling: Develop and utilize models to simulate various transportation scenarios and assess their potential impact on costs optimization and overall performance.
- Data Analysis/Reporting: Analyze transportation data to identify patterns and trends understand current operations and pinpoint transportation-related issues such as delays inefficiencies and disruptions.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze transportation costs assist in negotiations with carriers and identify opportunities for customer optimization based on cost reduction and route efficiency.
- KPI Management: Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accuracy and efficiency across transportation/logistics functions and teams.
- Gamification Initiative: Implement and manage a gamification initiative to enhance performance transparency and motivate team members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and coordination across all supply chain functions.
Qualifications :
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role were looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain operations and/or data analytics with a focus on Transportation and Logistics and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with KPI management and performance tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with Acumatica ERP is a plus.
- Familiarity with DOMO is a plus.
