Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Female English Teacher for our Secondary Section in Islamabad Pakistan. Join our team of educators and make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners.
- Develop and deliver engaging English language lessons for secondary school students
- Create and implement effective lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and educational standards
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods including tests assignments and projects
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance grades and progress
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation
- Stay updated on current teaching methodologies and incorporate them into your lessons
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in English Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level
- Strong command of the English language both written and verbal
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Familiarity with various assessment and evaluation techniques
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Patience and adaptability in addressing diverse student needs
- Familiarity with the Pakistani education system and curriculum is preferred
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
