This has created two fantastic opportunities for motivated individuals to join our Albany team. Support our sales team manage customer inquiries and ensure smooth order processing. We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive communicators who excel at phone-based interactions where development and career growth are truly valued.
What will you do
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone email and online channels converting them into sales opportunities.
- Growing sales through upselling products sharing promotions and encouraging repeat business
- Providing account manager support
- Entering customer orders & drawing up quotes for customers and account managers
- Purchasing goods to complete orders when required
Skills and experience
- A great attitude and someone who loves working as part of a team
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential
- Someone with strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving
- Previous exposure to tradies and their industries would be ideal
