At LinkedIn our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture connection clarity and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team. 

LinkedIn are currently looking for a new business sales professional with great energy leadership and initiative to join their successful enterprise sales team 

As a New Business Enterprise Account Executive you will be results driven and will have solid business to business experience selling to high level business executives across various business functions. You will be a member of a successful field sales force exclusively focused on generating new business for Linkedins Talent and Learning Solutions Brand spanning all enterprise industries.

The Primary Responsibilities for the Account Executive are to: 

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and discovery to contract negotiation.
  • Work with Sales Development to identify new business opportunities in your territory
  • Deliver against all revenue targets and all key performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement through a multi-channel outreach strategy and market sector knowledge / intelligence. 
  • Manage and close complex sales-cycles with multiple C Level stakeholders. 
  • Engage with prospects to position Linkedin solutions through strategic consultative and value based selling. 
  • Demonstrate ownership of all aspects of territory management. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success and revenue generation. 
  • Travel required: Represent LinkedIn at industry events networking and when presenting our solutions to customers regionally. 
  • Update CRM daily with accurate customer and pipeline data. 
  • Accurately forecast and deliver revenue to deadlines.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5 years experience in sales in software sales or similar industries and new business 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in recruiting recruitment media or HR software
  • Experience with SaaS opportunities  
  • Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions 
  • Social media and digital marketing awareness 
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions 
  • Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to find manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment 
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others 
  • Ability to manage many prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
